1. Who is responsible for your data
This policy covers the Goosy Apps website. The apps have their own documents: data in the Choosy Goosy app is described in its privacy policy.
The data controller is Rafał Majecki, the creator of Goosy Apps. For anything related to your personal data, write to support@goosyapps.com.
2. What we collect
The website uses no cookies and no analytics tools. If you choose a look, your browser remembers it locally (localStorage); it is never sent to us. Fonts are served from our own server. The hosting server (Firebase Hosting) keeps standard connection logs, including IP addresses, for security.
The only exception is the film on the Goosy Apps home page and the Choosy Goosy page: it loads from youtube-nocookie.com only after you press play, and until then the page does not connect to YouTube. Once you press play, Google (YouTube) receives your IP address and browser details, may store cookies or similar data on your device, and processes this information as a separate controller, including in the USA, under its own privacy policy. Basis: consent given by pressing play (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
If you email us, we use your address and message only to reply, and keep them for as long as it takes to deal with your request. Basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4. Who sees your data
Google (Google Ireland Ltd. and Google LLC) provides our website hosting (Firebase Hosting) and processes connection data on our behalf as a processor. This may include processing outside the European Economic Area, including in the USA. Google protects such transfers under the European Commission's adequacy decision (EU-US Data Privacy Framework) and standard contractual clauses.
We don't sell data or share it with advertisers.
5. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict and port your data, and to object to processing based on our legitimate interest . To use these rights, write to support@goosyapps.com. We will reply within a month.
You can also lodge a complaint with the Polish data protection authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, uodo.gov.pl), or with the authority in your country.
6. Changes
If we change this policy, we'll publish the new version here with a new date.
